If ESATify isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of your Season Pass within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. You do not need to justify your request.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at support@esatify.com and we'll raise it with Paddle for you.

What happens next

Refunds are normally approved within a few business days and returned to your original payment method. Once a refund is approved, your Season Pass access ends immediately and your account reverts to the free plan. Your practice history and progress are kept, so nothing is lost if you decide to come back.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law and to Paddle's Refund Policy, which also applies to your purchase.
